Integrative Body-Oriented Psychotherapy
If you just set people in motion they’ll heal themselves.

About Me
There aren’t many labels I feel comfortable using, but it feels right to say I am a dancer. For many years, dance and nature have been perhaps my only gateways to connection and presence.
So, before studying the world of body-oriented therapy, times, when I felt connected to myself and the divine, have been linked to these activities. Somehow I concluded that those are times of connection and rest is life.
Now, after going through the process myself and meeting many of my own layers, I accept my own flaws, defenses, and imperfections but also my gifts, talents, and beauty.
With the help of many of the tools, I am able to move through the turbulence of life, be open and connected, find my center, and move in the Rhythm of Life.
About Body Oriented Therapy
Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, also known as Somatic psychotherapy is a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being that recognizes and strengthens deep connection between the mind and the body.
In a dialog, a client is encouraged to explore and address sensations, bodily experiences, tensions, and patterns, and connect them to experience, belief or past event. This form of therapy aims to promote self-awareness, emotional processing, and overall healing.
Some of the techniques used are breathwork, movement, and touch which facilitate a deeper understanding and release of emotional traumas or blockages stored in the body. As a result awareness is expanded and a path is paved to a more integrated and whole human experince.
