As long as I am in tune with myself and my surroundings I am dancing. Sometimes that dance feels flowing, and sometimes the rhythms are challenging and unpredictable, but being in tune with it, means I am present.
From an early age, I was curious and for the lack of a better word, myself. The curiosity about why people act the way they do came later, but I remember my childhood and the spontaneity of reactions. There was an inner knowing of what fits and works for me and what doesn’t. There was also a liberty to act in this accordance.
At a bit later stage, that was corrected into a more “socially acceptable” ways of behaving.
That among many other things resulted in losing touch with my inner knowing, desires, and authenticity. As it is in our culture, I got very little to no help in transitioning to many stages of development and maturing, and looking back, I sure needed it.
However, I would find my way to self and it was almost always through dance.
My way of art and expressing is through dance. There aren’t many labels I feel comfortable using, but I feel good saying I am a dancer.
By saying this I mean more than just moving to the music, I mean moving with the rhythm of life. As long as I am in tune with myself and my surroundings I am dancing. The rhythms of life and sometime pleasant and sometime challenging and unpredictable; but being in tune with it, means I am present and open – which means I am alive.
When in such aliveness, the life in me and around me takes on another color and texture. That I wish to expand in myself and others.
Before studying the world of body-oriented therapy, those precious moments of connection and aliveness would come while dancing or being in the nature. Somehow I concluded that those are times of connection and rest is life.
Now, after going through the process myself and meeting many of my own layers, I accept them as they come and know that my Whole is greater than its parts. With time, and not terribly much of it, the experience of Wholeness became much more accessible to me, and the wish to facilitate that experience guides my work.

- My path has moved across countries and industries, studying and working both in my home country and abroad.
- I’ve experienced the fast-paced rhythm of IT startups, the scaling energy of growth-stage companies, and the driven world of stock market-focused organizations, learning how to stay rooted and calm amid the noise and chaos.
- Beneath all of it, my deepest work has been the inner one: the journey to meet my own heart, reclaim my voice, honour my boundaries, and stand in the quiet strength of who I truly am.
My Guiding Vision
Is a world where each and everyone is connected to the truth of their being, radically alive and truly free.
I envision a world where inner blocks have been met, accepted and released so that the pure expression of you can come out.
I envision a world where disconnection has been replaced by loving presence.
I envision a world where everyone finds their voice and stands into their power.
What I Do
With the client in the center, we work on what presents itself in the moment. Often, it’s about passing through the pain, revealing shadows, becoming aware of your beliefs and their origins, and releasing non-serving stories.
The work helps regulate the nervous system, and one learn to do it on their own in times of stress. Also, therapy teaches to transcend and include multiple layers of self and be present and resilient through inevitable turbulences in life.
My Offering:
Would we know our physical appearance in a world without no mirror? Similarly, we need a witness and a mirror to come in deeper touch with ourselves.
Hence my offering is to be the witness, a kind mirror and a non-interfering guidance. I offer a safe space where you can meet yourself deeper and I support you in stepping into & living your authenticity.
Core Values
Safely and safe space to come to. Trusting relationship, professional support and a positive intention.
