About the Process

Our wounds come from relationships, and we heal in relationships. Our bodies and minds hold everything we need, but it is in contact with the other that we get reminded of who we truly are.

The only way out is through; all you need is readiness and openness to make the first step.

People can come to therapy for many different reasons. Some look for ways to resolve or improve relationships, and some are feeling anxious and depressed and are not finding a way out. Others come to therapy because they feel stuck in old patterns that hold them back.
On the other hand, although it’s rarer, some come due to a willingness to grow and expand.

Whatever the reason, we work with what has presented itself in that moment.
With the help of a therapist, the client is revealing what is underneath the surface; what patterns, thoughts, emotions, pains, and talents are left uncovered.

During the sessions, we get insights into tensions and blocks and release them in a safe and healing way.
With the practice, the client learns and gets comfortable feeling and expressing the whole range of emotions, all the while getting to the primal need that was left unmet. Furthermore, by meeting the need, the client gets access to new possibilities, and we work on integrating that into the body and daily life.

During the sessions, we also work with the mind and body to give us insights into our current emotional state and the state of our nervous system. We learn how to feel the charge and safely discharge. This result in breaking the (lifelong) patterns and builds new awareness of self.
With practice, the capacity to self-regulate increases, and the client is more resilient to stress and inevitable changes in life.

With the increased capacity to meet pain and intensity of the emotions, the capacity for aliveness, joy, bliss, and connection simultaneously increases.

With time, the client learns how to hold multiple aspects of self in an integrated way and lives their life from a grounded, safe, and compassionate place.
As the connection to oneself strengthens, the connection with the rest of the living world becomes easier, richer, and deeper.

Because a way of living that is in tune with the pulse and rhythm of one’s life requires certain tools and practices – a part of the session is dedicated to learning those tools, they can then be applied in many situations outside of therapy space.
Furthermore, the therapist encourages setting a positive intention that is behind any healthy change.

Throughout the therapeutic process, the client learns to feel and listen to their physical and emotional body, needs, and desires and begins to have a solid sense of their essence or core self.

The therapist witnesses the client’s essence and gives space so the client can experience themselves in this new way. As the Higher Self becomes more accessible, the client learns to connect and make choices from this new and elevated place.
